Delectable Herb Cheese Ball
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened (regular or light)
- 8 oz Feta Cheese, softened
- 3 Tbs IT’S ABOUT THYME!
Combine all ingredients with a food processor or electric mixer. Wrap and refrigerate for at least three hours. (The flavor gets better over time). Form into one or two logs or balls and roll into chopped walnuts or pecans, and/or chopped fresh parsley, or freshly cracked peppercorns. Serve with crackers or melba rounds.
This herb cheese is also delicious without a topping. After mixing, just place in an appropriate serving container and refrigerate until serving time.
Cheese Spread
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (regular or light), softened
- ½ Stick of Butter, softened
- 2 Tbs IT’S ABOUT THYME!
- 1 tsp. Fresh Lemon Juice
Prepare Cheese Spread using the same directions as above. Herb Butter Bring one stick of butter to room temperature and blend 1 Tsp. (or more) of IT’S ABOUT THYME! to the softened butter. Refrigerate until firm. Use to sauté fish, chicken, or to make garlic herb bread.
